Our Head Chef adds, “Our team is our greatest strength.” “We all have the same goal: to provide wonderful Indian and Pakistani food that pays tribute to our rich tradition, which dates back to the 1980s. It is vital that every team member is proud of what we have created together.
Our Restaurant Manager agrees. “For us, it’s all about unity,” she says. “We move in the same direction and take care of our guests. Every day, we show passion and consistency. We also make sure to enjoy our work and share our culture with everyone who visits.”
In our kitchen, teamwork is very important. In 2018, we redesigned our kitchen and dining areas to better serve our guests and support our team. “The redesign was fully supported by our founders,” says the Head Chef. “They were excited and involved with every detail. We wanted to create a place that not only makes great food but also helps our team work well together.”
Our new kitchen has modern equipment and an open layout. “This openness makes it easier to see everything that’s going on,” explains the Head Chef. “Everyone can talk to each other. Even if you’re working on one part of the kitchen, you need to know what others are doing. Bringing dishes together at the same time needs coordination.”
Our kitchen is organized into different sections, each important for making the tasty dishes our guests love. The tandoor section bakes fresh breads like Naan Saada, Rogni Naan, and Cheese Naan. “These breads are baked in a clay oven, which gives them a special flavor,” says one of our bakers. “We make sure each bread is perfect.”
The curry section prepares our signature dishes. One of them is our best biryani in Khobar, which takes over three hours to marinate to get the right taste. Another favorite is the Butter Chicken, made with tender chicken pieces cooked in a creamy tomato sauce. “We use fresh ingredients and special spices,” says a chef in the curry section. “It’s all about the details.”
“The sauce and garnish sections are essential,” notes the Head Chef. “Every dish is finished to order. The chefs work together to make sure each plate meets our high standards. From the spices used in our Chicken 65 to the flavors in our Amritsari tandoori bread, we pay attention to every detail.”
Our pastry and dessert section is also very important. Here, chefs create sweet treats like Bikki Special Qulfi and Kheer Khas. “Being away from the heat of the main kitchen helps us focus,” says our pastry chef. “We craft desserts that provide the perfect ending to a meal.”
Before any dish leaves the kitchen, it is carefully checked. “We make sure every dish looks and tastes just right,” says the Head Chef. “During service, we adjust the lighting to focus on the pass, so we can inspect each plate closely.”
“Our reputation is on every plate we send out,” says the Head Chef. “It’s about maintaining our tradition and delivering excellence every single day. We take pride in bringing the real flavors from the busy streets of India and Pakistan to the heart of Al Khobar.”
Teamwork doesn’t stop in the kitchen. Our servers provide friendly and attentive service. “We want our guests to feel welcome,” says one of our servers. “We are happy to explain the menu and help with any requests.”

We also host special buffets during events like Ramadan. “Our buffet offers a variety of dishes,” says the Head Chef. “It’s a great way for guests to try many different foods.”
